How are orders shipped?
Standard shipping is Fedex Ground (and occasionally USPS Priority Mail). Upgraded shipping services are available in the check-out stage of your order.
International Shipping
For order information on locations outside of the U.S. please contact our sales office.
How fast will I get my order?
We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt (orders placed after 2:00 pm Pacific Time will be considered received the next business day). This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays and is not guaranteed. Shipping time should be considered separately depending on the shipping service you select. For Standard Shipping, most in-stock items should arrive at the destination within 5-10 business days. Occasionally, items ordered together may be shipped separately; however, you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date. We regret we cannot refund delivery charges and we cannot accept the return of customized merchandise.
To return an item purchased from pawparazzi.com, please either download and complete this Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form and fax to our sales office at 509-892-7488, or use this email form to submit your return request. Once we receive your completed form we will contact you with an RMA number. Please print the RMA number on the outside of the box in which you are returning the item and ship it to us using an insured or traceable carrier to the address below. Any returns without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package will be refused.
Please note: items purchased at a retail store must be returned to the store of purchase. We will not accept a return or issue a refund for items not purchased at pawparazzi.com.
